The DME determines the current position of the throttle valve via the throttle potentiometer.
The potentiometer voltage must increase constantly when the accelerator pedal is pressed from idle to full load. The "idle" setting must be indicated when the accelerator pedal is not operated.
Throttle potentiometer adaptation must be deleted after replacing or repairing the throttle potentiometer.
Check to make sure the rubber seal is fitted in the plug connector before plugging in the potentiometer connector.
