The control unit contains a self-test routine for diagnostic purposes.
The flashing code contains the following information
If the control unit is in the diagnostic mode, the fault detection phase takes place first. During this period, the heating is switched on with 100% power and all LEDs light up. If a fault has occurred, the heating is immediately deactivated and the fault cause is stored. After the detection period has elapsed, the middle LED goes out and the flashing code is output. If no fault is detected, the middle LED stay off after the detection period. The diagnostic mode can be restarted at all times using the button to deactivate and then reactivate the switch. The detection phase then starts again. You can exit from the diagnostic mode by interrupting the voltage supply (terminal 15).
