Reduction of load-side peak consumption

If battery discharge is detected while the engine is running (despite increased idling speed), the power supply to electrical consumer units is gradually reduced or completely shut off.

The priorities for the shutdown are calculated by the power module.

There are priorities A and B

with the values from 0 to 6

Allocation of the consumer units to the priorities A and B

The consumer units are assigned priority A or B.

The value for priority A and B can differ.

Priority A is dependent on the battery condition and the current workload on the alternator. Priority B is only dependent on the battery condition.
