Learning parameters and zero point

Learning the parameters and zero point passes on important values of the new sensors to the Dynamic Drive control unit. These values are needed by the control unit as the basis for internal calculations. If these values are not learned correctly, the entire system accuracy of the Dynamic Drive is endangered. The consequence is that commissioning is not possible, or the result of commissioning is worthless.

The parameters and zero point must be relearned after replacement of the following components:

In order to be able to recommission the Dynamic Drive system after a component replacement, the following order must be followed:

  1. Learn sensor system parameters:
Following replacement of the valve block or control unit: pressure sensors
Following replacement of the transverse acceleration sensor transverse acceleration sensor
  2. Learn sensor system zero point:
Following replacement of the valve block or control unit: pressure sensors
Following replacement of the transverse acceleration sensor: transverse acceleration sensor
  3. Start commissioning (service functions Dynamic Drive)

Requirements for learning parameters and zero point

Before starting the learning parameters and/or zero point tasks, the following vehicle condition must be set up:
