Cause

The Soft Close Automatic connector is loose.

Repair instruction

Secure the Soft Close Automatic connector with adhesive tape to the door wiring harness.

(1) The Soft Close Automatic connector is loose

(2) Soft Close Automatic connector is secured

Note

The blue clips of the door trim panel must always be replaced!
