Repair instruction for telescopic tube ball bearing

Cause

The ball bearing (1) of the telescopic tube is broken.

Repair instruction

1. Remove the roller cover from the vehicle
   
2. Turn the flap upwards
   
3. Drill out the rivets (if present)
   
4. Undo the screws from the handle and remove the handle
   
5. Pull out the telescopic tube
   
6. Guide in the new telescopic tube
   
7. Insert the new handle and secure with two screws
   
8. Install the roller cover in the vehicle
   
9. Carry out a function test
   

Notes

• The identification mark (1) on the telescopic tube must point to the right in the direction of travel!
  

• Do not drill or rivet the new telescopic tube!
