Clutch does not open or close:

Proportional valve for clutch or sensor for clutch travel mechanically blocked. Analyze with the control-module functions. Check hydraulic oil level.

Run a mechanical check of the clutch.

Incorrect gear ratio:

An incorrect gear ratio can lead to a fault entry and malfunction. Check rear axle gear ratio.
