Troubleshooting

The following internal faults are monitored in the control module:

• 0560, Internal reference voltage
  
• 0600, DDE control module (CAN controller)
  
• 0605, DDE control module (microcontroller)
  
• 1640, DDE control module (EEPROM and configuration)
  
• 1E35, Fault in run-on during shutdown via Off or zero delivery
  
• 1E40, Analog/digital converter test voltage
  
• 1E45, Capacitor voltage 1 for cylinders 1, 2, 3
  
• 1E50, Capacitor voltage 2 for cylinders 4, 5, 6
  
• 1E55, Supply voltage for pedal-position sensor 2 PGS, charge-air pressure sensor, mass air flow sensor
  
• 1E60, Supply voltage for pedal-position sensor, fuel sensor, presupply pressure sensor
  
• 3005, Terminal 15
  

The DDE warning lamp and the limp-home program are activated when the following faults occur:

• 0120, Pedal-position sensor
  
• 0220, Pedal-position sensor 2 PGS
  
• 1260, Presupply-pressure monitoring
  
• 1E40, Analog/digital converter test voltage
