The service functions have to be run in the relevant order:
For replacement of the SMG control module |
1. Teach the clutch valve values 2. Fully adapt the transmission 3. Teach the clutch slipping point 4. Teach the offset of the longitudinal-acceleration sensor |
After working on the hydraulic system if the system: |
1. Remove hydraulic pressure |
After working on the hydraulic system if the system was opened.
After replacement of the: |
1. Vent the actuator block 2. Vent the clutch operating cylinder and hydraulic lines |
After removing and refitting parts (not replacement of parts!): |
1. Teach the clutch valve values 2. Fully adapt the transmission 3. Teach the clutch slipping point |
If the transmission is replaced
On replacement of the hydraulic unit with actuator block
If the engine is replaced |
Note: Only perform points 1. and 2. if the hydraulic system has been opened! 1. Vent the actuator block 2. Vent the clutch operating cylinder and hydraulic lines 3. Teach the clutch valve values 4. Fully adapt the transmission 5. Teach the clutch slipping point |
On replacement of the clutch |
Note: Only perform point 1. if the hydraulic system has been opened! 1. Vent the clutch operating cylinder and hydraulic lines 2. Teach the clutch valve values 3. Teach the clutch slipping point 4. Reset the clutch characteristic curve |
On replacement of individual clutch parts: |
1. Teach the clutch valve values 2. Teach the clutch slipping point 3. Reset the clutch characteristic curve |
On replacement of the clutch operating cylinder with PLCD sensor |
1. Vent the actuator block 2. Vent the clutch operating cylinder and hydraulic lines 3. Teach the clutch valve values 4. Teach the clutch slipping point 5. Reset the clutch characteristic curve |
On replacement of the longitudinal acceleration sensor |
1. Teach the offset of the longitudinal-acceleration sensor |
